Problem med att installer phpbb

Mina problem:

1.- Efter det hag laddat upp phpBB hos mitt webbhotell (http://www.poweb.com), och satt behärighet 666 på config.php, vill jag installera det genom att köran install.php (ligger på //install/install.php), genom att anropa http://www.eko-it.com/forum/install/install.php från min webbläsare (IE 6).
Jag får då felmeddelande 500, Internal Server Error:
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
"Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@eko-it.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done = that may have caused the error.
"More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
"Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Tilläggsinformation:
a.- Jag har en aktiv MySQL databas.
b.- Cookies är tillåtna i min webbläsare (IE, version 6.0.2800.1106), enligt följande profil:
- Acceptera cookies från 1a part,
- Fråga om cookies från3e part, och
- Tillåt alltid session-cookies.

Vem kan hjälpa mig och guida mig till en lyckad installation?

En fråga till om språk: Om jag vill installer svenska modulen, måste jag göra det offline, innan jag laddar upp filerna till mitt webbhotell eller efteråt?

Jag valde alternativet att få config.php hemladdad till min dator och sedan ftp:ade jag upp filen till servern. Testa det.
